When three of our children were first diagnosed with a gluten intolerance and severe nut allergies we found many products on the market to be unacceptable. We also found that many gluten free products were made in facilities that were also manufacturing products that contained nuts or were made on equipment shared with nuts. This gave us limited options, so we started baking our own gluten free, nut free products. What joy to see a child devour a delicious hot from the oven biscuit after a long absence from their diet!
We have worked hard to develop recipes that allow the consumer to experience that fresh baked at home goodness that many people with food sensitivities have missed. There’s nothing like watching a delicious sweet potato biscuit rise up in your oven as the aroma fills your home. We want our customers to enjoy this experience while remaining confident we are gluten and nut free.
