Gluten Free Biscuits

Sweet Potato Biscuits
Ingredients: Gluten Free Flour (Non-GMO Corn Starch, White Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Milk Powder, Tapioca Flour, Potato Starch, Xanthan Gum) Roasted Sweet Potato, Water, Butter (Milk), Baking Powder (Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Non-GMO Corn Starch), Milk Powder, Salt. Contains: Milk

Directions

Keep frozen until ready to bake.

Preheat oven to 350.
Space biscuits an inch apart on sprayed cookie sheet, butter side up.
Bake in middle oven rack of oven/toaster oven for about 20 minutes or until bottom of biscuit is golden brown.
Cool 10 minutes before enjoying.

Sharp Cheddar Buttermilk

Slice & Bake Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients: Gluten Free Flour (Rice Flour, Corn Starch, Tapioca, Dextrin[WRBO-Free], Xanthan Gum, Rice Extract), Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips (Sugar, Chocolate Liquor, Cocoa Butter, Butterfat[Milk], Soy Lecithin and Vanilla), Dark Brown Sugar, Butter, Sugar, Organic Cage-Free Brown Eggs, Vanilla Extract, Salt, Baking Soda. Baking Instructions:
Directions: Pull cookie roll out of the freezer and allow to thaw in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 350°. Remove the plastic and cut the roll into 12 equal portions. Place the cookies about 2” apart on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before you eat. Please do not burn your mouth on this fabulous cookie.
